SPRING CLASS: Vin to Yin
Friday March 21st, 2025 6:30-8:30 p.m.
A 90 minute Christ Centered class that starts with Vinyasa Yoga moving into Restorative Yoga and ends with a fellowship time with snacks and drinks provided.
Pricing: $45 per class
SUMMER CLASS: Yoga Trapeze
Friday June TBA 2025 6:30-8:30 p.m.
A 90 minute Christ Centered Yoga Trapeze class that begins traditionally, but moves into much more restorative postures aided by the Yoga Trapeze and ends with a fellowship time with snacks provided.
