Class Types

.

We offer many different styles of Yoga from gentle Restorative classes, to more cardio Vinyasa classes, to strength and traction Yoga Trapeze classes and a mix in between. We have something for everyone.

Yoga Trapeze

The Yoga Trapeze is a suspension Yoga system that is great for back pain, building core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance. It is different than aerial yoga. Yoga Trapeze is beginner friendly and includes TRX hands on the sides to help balance out a mat based Yoga practice with pulling. The Yoga Trapeze helps to make inversions (when your head is below your heart) such as being upside down, more accessible.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa flows and moves between postures with the breath. Every Vinyasa class is different and based around a theme, pose, or particular area of the body. Traditionally, it is based around the Sun Salutation.

If this is new to you, we always guide you through this at the beginning of each class.

Slow Flow

This class is designed for those that are looking to build some strength but in a gentle way. Based around the Sun Salutation while using the breath to build strength, flexibility, and balance, this class slowing moves through poses in a gentle way. This class is great for beginners or those healing from injury, but also for those that lead a quick paced life to learn to slow down.

Hatha & Yin

Standing postures help to build strength and flexibility for the first 30 minutes of class. The last 30 minutes includes restorative postures with the use of props. All props are provided

Restorative

This class includes gentle restorative postures either seated or lying down with the use of blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets to promote relaxation and healing. All props are provided.
